5. Donations and Bill Payments

The terms “Donation / Puja Vidhi Charges / Daxina / Event Expense / Other Bill Payment” shall collectively be referred to as “Bill.”

Donations made through this platform are not eligible for tax exemption under Section 80G or 501(c)(3).

Payments are processed through PayU Payment Gateway. By making a payment, you also agree to comply with PayU’s terms and policies:

You are solely responsible for complying with the laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction regarding online payments.

6. Bill Payment Policy

• Bill payments are generally processed instantly. However, confirmation by the respective Biller may take up to 7 days.

• Bill payments once made cannot be cancelled by the user.

• Refunds for failed transactions are processed automatically:

  • Donate page payments: typically within 3–5 business days.

  • Other methods: 7–10 business days (subject to bank policies).

• PPSJS MATH reserves the right to cancel suspicious or abusive transactions without prior notice.

Common reasons for payment failure include:

• Incorrect subscriber ID

• Incorrect amount

• Expired due date

• Outstanding late payment charges not included

Please note that PPSJS MATH does not handle PayU complaint resolutions directly.

7. Payment Limits

Purchase limits may apply to Bill payments. PPSJS MATH reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel transactions suspected of misuse or abuse of the system.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian Courts.
