1. How to make a Bill payment?
To make a Bill payment through the PPSJS
MATH website or mobile application (collectively PPSJS MATH), just go to the Donate page,
select a utility and follow the on-screen instructions or go to 'Pay Bills'
option on your PPSJS MATH home screen.
2. How much time will it take for a payment to be
accepted by the Biller?
Bill payments are accepted almost
instantly. In some cases, the Biller may take up to 7 days to accept the
payment, though the transaction is completed on PPSJS MATH. In all such
scenarios, you will see an upfront message about the same on the Bill payment
screen.
3. What all utility Bill payments are supported by PPSJS
MATH?
An updated list of all utility Bill
payments payable through PPSJS MATH can be found at Donate.
4. Are there any offers/promotions on Bill payments?
Offers or promotions, if any, will be
visible on the Bill payment screen.
5. Can a Bill payment be cancelled for a refund?
No, Bill payments once made by you
cannot be cancelled by you for a refund.
6. What payment methods can be used to perform a Bill
Payment?
Credit cards, debit cards, net
banking and Wallet balance can be used to do a Bill payment. UPI can also be
used, if you are using a mobile device.
7. I am unable make a Bill payment.
Please ensure that you include the
correct details, while making a Bill payment. Sometimes the delay might also be
possible due to technical issues. In such cases, we recommend that you retry
paying the Bill after sometime.
8. My payment was successful, but the Bill payment
failed.
Some of the common reasons for a Bill
payment failure are:
o Incorrect
subscriber ID
o Incorrect
amount
o Due
date has been crossed and payment will be accepted at only physical outlets; or
o Late
payment fee not added to the outstanding Bill amount
9. When a Bill payment fails, we will send you an
email and SMS notification informing the reason for such failure and refund
confirmation.
Bill payments made using donate page
will be refunded instantly (in3-5 Business Days)for such failed transactions.
For other payment methods, the refund will be processed in 7-10 business days,
depending upon your bank's policy. Your bank usually sends you an SMS once the
refund is successfully credited.
10. The payment is successful on PPSJS MATH, however
my Biller states that the Bill is outstanding.
Some Billers may take up to 7 days
from the date of transaction on PPSJS MATH to confirm the receipt of payment.
If it is more than 7 days and the payment has still not been accepted, the
transaction will be cancelled by Math and a refund will automatically be
processed to your account. while refunds for payments made using other payment
methods may take up to 7-10 days, depending upon your bank's policy.
11. Got a message that the Bill payment is pending?
In such cases, if the Bill payment is
not successful within 7 days, the transaction will be cancelled by PPJS Math
and a refund will be processed to the original payment method you used. refunds

12. Can I get a payment receipt for my Bill payment?
A payment receipt for your Bill
payment transaction can be send you through your mail id from the respective details
form.
13. Why do I see a PayU logo on my Bill payment page?
Since
the Biller is part of the Bharat Bill Pay System ("PayU") system, a PayU
logo appears on the Bill payment screen. PayU India is the flagship company of
Naspers group which is a $25 Billion internet and media conglomerate listed on
London and Johannesburg stock exchanges respectively. PayU provides
state-of-the-art payment gateway solutions to online businesses through its
cutting-edge and award winning technology.
14. I am not happy with the Biller
resolution provided, Can I raise a complaint?
You can raise a complaint for any PayU
Biller. Please enter your PayU reference number, select the issue code and describe
the issue and submit a complaint at contact mail Id only. You can raise only
one complaint for one PayU reference number. Please note that PPSJS MATH
does not look into these complaints and will not be sending any notification
when the complaint gets resolved.
Please
use this https://help.payu.in/ to check the status of your complaint. Your complaints
are resolved by PayU appointed operating units and the resolution time ranges
from 7-15 working days. If you are raising a complaint for a transaction done
outside PPSJS MATH, please note that you will be able to raise a complaint for
a PayU reference number only if your mobile number associated with the
transaction is the same as the mobile number registered with PPSJS MATH.
15. I paid my Bill outside PPSJS MATH, I want to
know if my Bill payment is successful. Can I check the transaction status on PPSJS
MATH?
No, you can only check status of a Bill
payment made through PPSJS MATH. Please share PayU reference number to below
mail to check the status of the transaction.
16. Are there purchase limits for Bill payments?
Yes, there are purchase limits in
place for Bill payments. In case multiple Bill payments are placed through the
same PPSJS MATH account / or multiple PPSJS MATH accounts to abuse the system, PPSJS
MATH reserves the right (in its sole discretion) to cancel any Bill payment
order without providing any prior notice to you.
